Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your GrowthSuite+ subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account and follow the instructions under “Billing” or contact our support team at [email protected].

Monthly Plans: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires.

Prepaid Plans: If you’ve paid in advance for multiple months, your cancellation will apply at the end of the prepaid term. No partial refunds will be issued for unused months.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to premium tools and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees once a payment has been processed.

However, if you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please reach out to us within 7 days of the charge so we can review the situation.

Exceptions may include:

- Duplicate charges

- System errors or service outages exceeding 72 hours

- Accidental upgrades processed within 24 hours of payment
